The Power of Openness: How Being Open Allows for Manifestation?
4 Steps to Helping the Law of Attraction Work in Your Favor
Do you ever set an intention to manifest your heart's desire only for things to remain the same and wonder what you did wrong? If so, you are not alone. This piece will explore how being open allows for manifestation.
When you set an intention to manifest your desires, there can seem to be a lingering unanswered question. When should I expect things to work in my favor? The Law Manifestation is very nuanced in that it works according to vibrational frequency. At any given time, your thoughts emit a frequency. As vibrational energetic beings, we each talk and project varying frequencies that mirror our thoughts and feelings, with the spectrum being so vast that it can range anywhere from high (bliss) to low (discontentment) and everything else in between.
Collectively we each tend to say one thing and emit a completely different vibration. However, this habit works against us when we attempt to access the law of attraction. Hence the reason why so many encounter difficulty. In other words, you can fool some people sometimes, but you cannot violate the universal law of attraction. From your viewpoint, you perceive yourself as open, available, and receptive to receiving the object of your intention.
Only the habit of repeatedly relying on the memory of past experiences to gauge the potentiality of your future leads you to close yourself off from being available to the infinite opportunities that abound. The Law of attraction can be accessed using four simple steps. Note the steps outlined within this process may seem simple. However, it takes work. With consistent, concerted effort (aka practice), you can use this universal law to create the life of your dreams.
Step 1: Ask for What You Want
Make your desires known through your thoughts, imagination, and written or spoken word. Being a vibrational being, your predominant thoughts are continuously emitted into the universe, whether you like it or not.
Step 2: It’s Already Done
The universe is perpetually responding to your every request. However, there is a lag time between the request and the manifestation. Hence, the request (vibrational thought frequency) must match the desired intent. In other words, once you make your request known, you cannot waiver by allowing thoughts of fear, doubt, and worry to decrease your vibration. Because the moment your focus (aka attention) goes from the feeling that your desires are fulfilled to doubting whether it will ever happen, the universe grants your wish. Hence, when you make your request known, it is done as you believe.
Step 3: Let It In
Often we get so caught up in stories of lack and victimization that we block the flow of well-being. We live in a friendly universe where things work perpetually in our favor. However, when we reflect on the past or give way to fear and resistance, we derail our progress (block our blessing). In the same way, we must align our vibration with our desires; we must stay open and receptive for the universe to work in our favor.
Step 4: Begin Again
When it comes to starting a new habit, there will be times when you will likely fall into the routine of old habits. As with any new practice, developing new habits will take time and consistency. Be gracious and patient with yourself, and begin again.
Practice
Gently pause, breathe, disconnect from all active thinking, and notice where you focus your attention (aka energy). Should you observe that it misaligns with your intent, take a few deep breaths, releasing any judgment, self-critique, or attachments to the past or future, and allow yourself to tap into your childlike imagination to feel the wish fulfilled (aka it is already here now). Remember, with the universal law of attraction, all things are possible.
If you observe thoughts not aligned with your highest and best good, accept their presence without attempting to force or change it. Affirm "everything is working together for my good," feel and believe that although you may not be able to stop the flow of thoughts that affirm otherwise wholly, you can take your power back by redirecting your attention to your desired intent.
