The Energetic Makeover: Strategies for Elevating Your Vibration
Everything is energy, and whether conscious or not, every thought we think and entertain generates an energetic vibration that magnetically attracts everything agreeable to its nature. Only rising above our current reality can sometimes prove a daunting task. This post will explore the mindful practice of vibrating higher when it feels impossible.
We are all energetic beings with an innate creative facility to use the power of thought to co-create with universal intelligence. Since all thought is creative, every thought is a unit of energy that can shift our energetic frequency.
Like most things, all thoughts aren’t created equal, as they span the spectrum, from low to high vibrations with disempowering thoughts that originate from fear, doubt, and worry, emitting some of the lowest frequencies, to those of joy and happiness, which tops the scales with some of the highest vibrations.
Think that you are continuously surrounded by unlimited opportunities for more health, love, joy, financial wealth, and abundance, and you will indeed be met with more of the same. Whereas, if you singularly focus on the absolute worst that could happen, you are sure to manifest the substance of your fears. The more low vibrational thoughts you think, the more lack, limitations, and loss you experience until you shift your thoughts.
Being that like attracts like, every thought that focuses on what you don’t want continuously elicits a low vibrational frequency that essentially keeps the cycle going. The good news is that no matter how long we subject ourselves to old habits of thought, we each possess the inner power to change at will and begin again, chartering a new course to invite more love, life, and joy.
The law of attraction is no respecter of persons, meaning it lawfully functions regardless of intent. As spiritual beings having a human incarnation, we tend to misalign with our intentions, often thinking one thing and doing the opposite. The old saying goes, “You can fool some people sometimes, but you can’t fool all people all the time.”
Raising your vibration is the only way to ascend to a higher frequency. This presents a worthwhile question: how does one vibrate higher when everything in and around their environment affirms otherwise?
Thoughts can literally and figuratively be anything. Yet, we tend to limit ourselves by repeatedly recycling the same limiting thought patterns, regulating us to live in a proverbial prison of our making.
Doing less of what elicits a sense of dread and more of the things that bring you joy (aka desires) is life, as there is no real satisfaction in perpetually doing the things you dislike. The desire to do more of what brings you joy proves you have the inner power to attract more of the same, as desire is a manifestation of power. The more one focuses on one's desires, the more thoughts one will think that will irrevocably pull you closer to your desired intent.
The closer one keeps one's thoughts aligned with one's desires, the faster one will attract their desired reality. In other words, one essentially gets what one puts in, put in crappy disempowering thoughts, and you get more of the same; put in thoughts that emanate a frequency that rivals your desired intent, and you get exceedingly better than you could imagine.
The challenge is shifting any deeply engrained habits that solely center your awareness on the object of your fears. In other words, the key to changing your life path is to reconfigure your habits by raising your vibration.
Vibrate Higher
Anytime you feel yourself getting pulled into the swirl of focusing on what you don’t want, redirect your attention back to the mental image of your desired intent and give thanks that it is working out in your favor. Repeat this process as often as needed to raise your vibration.
Ultimately, we all share the universal intention of experiencing more life, love, and joy. So naturally, who won’t want to think thoughts that attract just that? Only long-standing habits of concentrating our thoughts on the object of our fears keep us from manifesting the life we desire. Whenever you focus on what you don’t want, pause and take a few deep cleansing breaths (aka disrupts thought patterns), redirect your attention to the mental image of your desired intent, and begin to give thanks that is your current reality. In essence, gratitude is the ultimate key to raising your vibration.
