The Law of Attraction supports us to co-create with the universe to attract the people, situations, and circumstances that mirror our thoughts. Good, bad, or indifferent, our thoughts create our reality.
Only as a collective we often focus more on what we don’t want. This piece will delve into seven ways to master the law of attraction to work in your favor.
The Law of Attraction
Whether conscious of it or not, the content of our thoughts manifest into our reality. Whether morning, noon, or night, the universal law of attraction is always in effect. With every thought we think we are planting seeds that manifest into physical form.
Therefore, we must be mindful of our thoughts as it is no respecter of persons, Likewise, a thought is never just a random thought as it is an energetic currency that sets the path of causation in motion. In other words, our thoughts are worth its weight in gold, as it sets the course for our reality.
Rightfully so, the law does what it does best, attracting the sole focus of our attention. The predominant vibrations the our thoughts we think create our reality. The good news is that if we persistently focus on what we want (aka our desires), the more likely we are to yield the fruits of our labor successfully. Notably, we tend to do the exact opposite by disproportionately focusing on what we fear the most (aka the worst-case scenario).
Being that we are co-creators with the universe, we have a hand in creating the situations and circumstances that we don’t want. In fact, the more we resist what is by focusing on what isn’t working, the more we attract more of the same into our reality creating a vicious cycle that can make it seem as if we are a victim of circumstances. When in fact we are the creators of the limitations that bind us.
Making It Work In Your Favor
We are co-creators with universal intelligence. Therefore, you could never be a victim of circumstances. The thoughts we think the most create the blueprint of our reality. Much like the adage, “as ye sow, so shall ye reap,” whatever you sow (aka plant in consciousness) bears fruit in your experience. The actual nature and quality of the fruit of your experience is shaped by the content and consistency of how you use your energy.
Suppose you perpetually center your thoughts on health, wealth, love, and prosperity. In that case, you will surely experience a like-minded reality filled with the situations, circumstances, and opportunities that mirror just that. Whereas, if you focus your time, energy, and attention on the alternative (aka what you don’t want), you’ll likely manifest a reality that magnifies the substance of what you fear the most. In other words, your reality is the substance of your thoughts in physical form.
Regardless of whether you focus your time, energy, and attention on what you aberrantly want or don’t want, the universe grants your wish. As a collective, we tend to dwell more on the object of our fears (what you don’t want to happen) than the latter. This is often because we get trapped within the limitations of our current reality and forget who we are. We are co-creators with the universe. Hence, every predominant thought emits a frequency that manifests the thoughts that we think and recycle the most into physical form.
In other words, what you think is what you get, as our thoughts conform to the vibrational pattern of our thoughts. Every vibration has a form that manifests into our physical reality. This is why bemoaning your fate and complaining about how things are does little to nothing to change your reality.
The key to change lies in changing the habit pattern of your thoughts. So if your mind persistently drifts to the worst-case scenario, you must create new habits that focus on the opposite. Instead of thinking and worrying about what you don’t want to happen, try the latter and focus on what you do want to happen. In essence, change your thoughts, change your life.
7 Ways to Master the Law of Attraction
1. Focus your thoughts on what you do want. Allow your energy to be more focused on what you wish to experience.
Release any blame or shame around your current reality, and forgive yourself.
Know that random negative thoughts will not derail your efforts. Despite your best intentions, some thoughts that affirm what you don’t want are likely to pass through your awareness.
The good news is where your attention goes your energy flows. So if you observe thoughts arise that reflect what you don’t want, and immediately withdraw your attention (energy) from it and it is sure to wither away.
Observe your thoughts and release what doesn’t align with your highest and best intention. The law of attraction works according to your predominant thought. Releasing thoughts that don’t serve frees you to focus on what you do want.
Your reality follows the waves of thought. Whether you have substantial wealth, love, or any other sought-after qualities, its presence or absence results from your habit of thought. Much like a gene in a bottle, your wish is the universe's command. In essence, change your thoughts, change your life.
Anytime you don’t like your conditions or circumstances, change the content of your thoughts. Remember, you are a co-creator with the universe. You are more powerful than you know, so reclaim your power by taking back your mind, by changing your thoughts.
Keep your habits of thought focused on what you want, and you are sure to live the life of your dreams. Recycle thoughts of success, and you will attract a reality that mirrors your highest and best good.
Stop feeding bad habits of thoughts, situations, and circumstances that don’t serve, and you will create a reality that aligns with your desired intent.
