As a nurse, certified mindfulness facilitator, and coach, I was inspired to set up this newsletter to support both you and me to explore, and maintain a consistent mindfulness and meditation practice.

The goal is to use this platform to share my musings, insights, and reflections, on mindfulness and mediation through the lenses of my experience.

Specializing in the mind, body, spiritual connection, writings will range between short, and long pieces, and will occasionally it will shift into sharing my experiences, and practices.
